Gun Profile:
You've been working in the Web, both designing and developing sites, for at least three years. The development aspect is key; you've got to be comfortable hand-coding HTML and CSS, and it would be ideal if you had some familiarity with JavaScript. Basic Flash knowledge is necessary — advanced knowledge would be a giant bonus, as would knowledge of PHP. You've got to be able to multitask between some mundane projects, as well as complicated tasks, and be a whiz at prioritizing.

Nitty Gritty:
Some of the work will involve creating sites from scratch, but a lot of it may also involve updating outdated templates and manipulating code to fit the confines of their old and cranky CMS.
