The Marketing Manager will define and execute marketing programs that help drive online video advertising sales (pre-roll, layovers, banners)
• Work with Ad Sales, Product Management and Marketing to create "sellable" programs that generate revenue.
• Assist and enhance the development of category and account specific opportunity proposals and promotional concepts.
• Collaborate with Ad Sales and Marketing to develop customized packages and proposals that highlight our unique selling proposition and capabilities and continue to position Tremor as the leading innovator in the online video advertising market
• Develop and execute promotional concepts for use by the sales force to support new advertiser prospects and new product launches.
• Assist in conceptualizing and developing ad sales marketing collateral materials/tools designed to support online ad sales efforts.
• Interface with sales personnel and translate their needs into marketing materials.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives through strategic use of research tools and service providers such as ComScore, NetRatings, Dynamic Logic & eMarketer.
• Manage the expectations of Regional Sales Managers and internal clients throughout the sales process.
• Assist the development of marketing materials such as case studies, thought-leadership pieces, media kits and advertising concepts.


Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in media, communications, business or related field with 3-5 years experience with a web publisher, ad network, media company or ad agency
• Knowledge of online advertising formats, the ad sales process, industry technologies, and agencies
• Proven ability to create and execute Ad Sales marketing proposals and presentations that address specific needs
• Creative approach to revenue generation from a marketing perspective
• Team player with the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a high-volume, deadline-oriented environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to develop good working relationships internally and externally
• A proactive and forward thinking approach
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
