About the Team
You will be joining an exciting, cross functional team focused on a new product line in the online advertising space. In this capacity, you will be working with Akamais premier Media Customers and Partners to improve the effectiveness of their online targeting.
About the Job
In this role, you will lead full lifecycle engagements with major customers and partners.  Your consulting engagements will include all phases of customer projects including technical pre-sales, solution design, consulting delivery, as well as ongoing relationship management.   As part of your engagements, an important responsibility will also be to work closely with Product Management and Engineering to make the learnings from each project repeatable as part of the long term solutions roadmap.
Responsibilities
Gather both business and technical customer requirements
Technical solution design to address those requirements
Technical pre-sales for the proposed solution
Statement of work preparation for consulting services
Technical project management, systems integration, and customer relationship management
Collaboration with Akamai Engineeering, Product Management, & Sales.Basic Qualifications
Education:Â Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Eningeering or equivalent related field
Overall Experience:Â 7-10 years or equivalent experience
5 year(s) of experience with online advertising technology and systems or equivalent experience
5 year(s) of experience with implementing technical solutions for customers or equivalent experience
3 year(s) of experience with consulting experience or technical pre-sales or equivalent experienceDesired Qualifications
Strong understanding of the online advertising eco-system: technologies, 3rd party solution providers, as well as related business processes are required
Experience with consulting delivery or technical pre-sales around these systems
Knowledge and/or background in Internet technologies, specifically HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, web development, and an understanding of basic networking is a plus.Other Information
