The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and innovative, good at “getting things doneâ€, and have experience using social networking/dating websites.
What you'll be doing:
* Articulate social media plans across, execute and lead their implementation
* Set targets and timelines for social media programs and key initiatives
* Define objectives, decide which tools best meet those objectives, use the tools and train people to use the tools
* Establish a system to measure social media success
Requirements:
* Solid track record in online marketing, advertising or PR
* Expert in encouraging communication within social media applications (forums, blogs, etc.)
* Expert knowledge of social media tools, software, technology, trends and key players
* Experience applying social media tactics to drive traffic
* Existing relationships in the social media blogging community (e.g. you have an active blog)
* SEO/SEM experience preferred
* Active social networking site user
