We are looking for someone with entrepreneurial spirit, who is able to take command of a situation and run with it. You live and breathe Web 2.0, consumer generated content, social networking, management/communications portals, and innovative thinking. A proven track record and the ability to grasp the bigger picture is a must.
The ideal candidate will be able to juggle multiple tasks effortlessly, including tech strategy, interactive program/project management, application design/requirements, programming with a good eye for databases, information architecture, usability and design. This person will be responsible for managing and expanding our in-house developers, designers/UI, and project managers while ultimately overseeing network growth.
Key Requirements Include:
? M.S. from a reputable university, or enough experience to prove it doesn?t matter
? 4+ years of technical management experience and isn?t afraid to get hands on when necessary
? 7+ years of Java
? 3+ years of .NET (including C#, ASP)
? Must have advanced understanding of cutting edge technologies including struts, jsp, asp, AJAX, spring, hibernate, FLEX, PHP, Flash, Databases, Ruby on Rails, etc.
? Very Strong OO including design patterns
? Have experience developing complicated workflows and portals containing many integrated applications (calendar, blog, mail, reporting, directory, rating...)
? Strong interest in social networks, widgets, online applications (Facebook, iGoogle, Firefox, etc)
? Proven team player with natural leadership abilities
? Excited by the possibilities of building something truly revolutionary
