imc² seeks the right individual for our VP, Media position to service our global 1,000 client list. The right candidate will be a respected thought leader within the digital space with a proven track record for success.
 Specifically, this person will:·   Â
     Provide thought leadership for the media and search team, infusing strategy and innovation to all aspects of the planning, delivery and optimization process within the two disciplines·        Â
 Create industry-leading approaches to digital media and search·       Â
 Personally lead our most prominent new business efforts providing marketplace-defining solutions for potential clients; support team members in handling other business development efforts·  Â
      Foster close, trusting, value-add relationships with senior-level clients·    Â
    Serve as a visible figure on behalf of imc²'s media and search practice throughout trade shows and industry events·    Â
    Coordinate with VP, Media Director to manage overall media and search team·        Â
 Develop incredibly strong relationships with leading high level representatives from publisher and technology organizations.
The right individual will maintain:·      Â
  Executive level leadership with the necessary experience to manage large teams·   Â
     Minimum 10 years of Digital Media experience·  Â
      Minimum 5 years Paid and Natural Search experience·    Â
    Strong working knowledge of @plan, AdRelevance, WebRF, DoubleClick DFA and/or Atlas DMT· Â
       Traditional Media planning and buying a major plus·    Â
    Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; MBA a plus·   Â
     Outstanding attention to detail
